Returns & Exchanges

Try it out! We're so confident you'll love our products that we offer a 30-Day RISK-FREE trial on all items. Shipping & returns are on us, and there are no hidden or restocking fees! If you are not completely happy with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. It's that simple!

Returns

You may return items for a full refund or store credit within 30 days of delivery. We accept returns regardless of whether the item has been opened, used, or is in its original condition. If you're not happy, we want to make it right! Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Magic Manicure will not be responsible for any lost in transit of your package.

How to Start a Return

  1. Contact customer service at uk2sd@fviainboxes.com to request a return.
  2. Please have your order number and associated email address available.
  3. A return confirmation with shipping instructions will be provided.
  4. Customer is responsible for all shipping fees associated with the return for refund, exchange or repair.
  5. You must include a copy of your proof of purchase as: invoice, receipt or credit card used for that purchase. All packages received without proof of purchase will not be eligible for return & exchange!
  6. We strongly recommend the use of shipping carrier who is able to provide insurance and tracking number.

Retail Purchases

  • If an item was not purchased directly from us, a refund cannot be issued. Please return the item to the retailer from which you purchased the item.
  • If you believe the item is defective, email photos of application and proof of purchase in the form of a receipt. We will try our best to help.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders cannot be canceled after they are submitted. If you change your mind or no longer need your order, upon receipt, you can:
    1. Decline the package(s) and instruct the carrier to 'return to sender'.
    2. Contact customer service at uk2sd@fviainboxes.com to initiate a return for a full refund.
